* Mr. Rider's Broken Promises & Broken Security

"All entrance doors and gates must be locked using non-duplicable keys so that only residents gain entrance to the building. All doors from the parking into the buildings must be checked three times a day to ensure that they are secure"...
Alderman Moore
******

A exciting new dispute is developing for the residents of the 49th ward. On November 26th, Alderman Moore released this political press release touting the extra security measures that were being implemented at the Harold Rider building. In the above quote, our Alderman claims victory in his fight against the slum conditions at 1345 West Lunt/1340 West Morse properties.

Yet, the 'Broken Heart' finds the story to be entirely different. We've noticed the doors aren't secure and people can come and go as free as they wish - without a key.

So, in this case, someone's clearly not telling the truth. Is it Alderman Moore? Or is it the 'Broken Heart'? In this shocking new video - you can see that the Alderman can't possibly be right.

You be the judge on these two questions. Is the Rider building door secure - or not? Should Alderman Moore claim victory in this case?

This film is reminiscent of the work of Luis Buñuel. The point of view and framing is relentless. I believe the door, left flapping in the wind by uncaring capitalists, represents ALL of us. The soundtrack, the elevated train rumbling by, adds drama.
