* Quickest Fix Ever

Just a hour ago I posted the dangerous conditions at the new Coe project. What you have witnessed, may just be the quickest fix ever? I'll have to check the archives.

Something may not be up to code? Every other security tie connecting the fences together is either metal wired or industrial secured tie clamps. This wasn't what was used here. But that doesn't matter really, does it? When you're in a hurry to fix something quickly, yet not necessary the right way, you take what you can get.

Even if there neon colored, household zip ties you find buried the kitchen drawer.

The developer or his subcontractor should have been issued a steep fine for the violation Craig posted yesterday. Nothing teaches a more lasting lesson than having to write a check for a couple of thousand dollars for nothing at all.

Is there any way to discover whether or not any citations were issued for this?

I see too many construction sights and/or boarded up buildings around town that are not properly secured.

There is an emergency contact number posted on the South fence of the property. I could not find it on Thursday or Friday as there were other unsafe issues concerning that property.

This property is on the low end of management skill and will likely take 24 months or more to complete.

Wonder when the picket lines will go up?

The crews did not work Tuesday and are not there today. Someone must not be serious about an 18 mo schedule.

PS this should be a 8 - 10 mo project for a professionally managed site.
