Which 49th ward aldermanic candidate will receive the most votes on election day, Feb. 27, 2007?
Joe Moore (incumbent) - 41 %
Don Gordon - 29 %
Jim Ginderske - 19 %
Chris Adams - 11 %
The poll numbers have started to roll in. This current poll shows the Alderman has a hefty lead - but not the required 50%+ 1. Chicago Politic Trading has the Alderman currently leading in the dollar value.
We at the 'Broken Heart' have change the dollar value to percentages (and rounded them off to the nearest percent), after all, they add up 100%, give or take a point.
While not accurate, neither is any other poll you will see on the internet. So go ahead and sign up. We'll be keeping tabs on the stats though-out the election cycle. May the best stock win.

I don't like the question, "who will get the most votes?"
The phrasing of the question skews the results.
Personally, I suspect Moore WILL get the most votes on election day in Feb, so if I responded to the poll I guess I would check Moore (gag). I DON"T think he will get the most in April!
As long as the challengers total 50% or more there is hope for Rogers Park.

It seems that there should be a remedial math course over at the Hellhole Headquarters. You tout yourself as a journalist therefore you should always check your facts or allow for an error of margin. Of course it is possible that you are deliberatly skewing the poll results. It's not as if I have come to expect integrity from this polemecist litterbox. Are you a closet Moore or Howdy-Doody-Dongo fan. It sure smells like it to me.
