When Alderman Moore made a quote to ABC 7 news about a coffee shop opening on Morse Avenue, he said,
"any day now."Really Alderman Moore? Well, guess what? It's been one week already. That's seven day's. And there still isn't a coffee shop. Why did you say,
"any day now?" If you can't be truthful over little things like a coffee shop opening
"any day now," you shouldn't have said it. It makes you look like a liar.

It's just like some mediocre politician to act like every business or new development in his ward is his personal accomplishment, when what is really the case is the struggling entrepreneur has to clear a path past every kind of political and bureaucratic obstruction, in addition to getting financing, finding a location, and getting the work done to the place.
Did Joe finance these people? Is he assuming any financial or business risk on behalf of this little enterprise? Did he help speed up the process of getting their mandatory business and building permits? If none of the above, he has a hot lot of nerve acting as though any credit is due him for anything being done here.
How much were they "asked" to contribute to his campaign coffers.
I was by this place a few days ago and I feel for these people, whoever they are. I hope they make it.
