Remember when a unattended bag left at a CTA EL stop would cause major panic and a system shut-down? Well, up here at the Hell Hole CTA stop at Morse Avenue, it doesn't even warrant a minor alarm. Either that, or we've got no security or CTA supervisors checking the premises for what's going on up here.
