* Westgard Caught Blocking Entryway
The way Tom Westgard has been acting lately, he's becoming a the type of person only a mother would love. As you can see from the above photographic evidence, Westgard has deliberately blocked the entrance of his store front with some sort of wooden box. If you've ever used a door, you know that you can't get in or out if something's blocking the way.
Can you imagine if there were a fire? How would anyone get out? And the poor dogs I see come in and out of this doorway door - how would the firefighters rescue these poor poochies housed inside with this contraption blocking the door?
Surely there has to be a code against this practice.
We have no clue what's going on inside this place, but it sure doesn't seem like any law is being practiced. Rogers Park Bench has been following the alleged violations on Westgard and his renovation to the store front attorney's office. RPB believes something fishy is going on. Tom Mannis said,"The nerve of this guy! He's an Officer of the Court! And he's blatantly flouting City Building Code!"

My blood is boiling...
What exactly are the responsibilities of an "officer of the court?" Hmmm. I'm just asking.
If this is the best you can come up with, maybe you should just give up blogging on the weekends. I mean really, who cares?
Can we do any better than this? I like the Ruth coffee piece that followed. Perhaps, you could just e-mail Tom and ask him to move his box? FWIW
If this clown is an attorney, you can contact the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois, better known as ARDC, and file an appropriate complaint. The website can be found at: http://www.iardc.org/howtorequest.html
