* Westgard Violates Parking Rules
Tom Mannis at the Rogers Park Bench caught Joe Moore 'Pollyanna Blogger' Tommy Wee Wee breaking the Chicago parking rules. Not just once, twice. Tommy Wee Wee must get special treatment from the powers-that-be for his tireless services of scouring the internet from top-to-bottom and posting any 'Pro Joe' stories he can find.

How sad for Tom Westgard. He drives a shabby vehicle and parks in bus stops and alleys.
