* Truck Crashes into Spin Cycle

Last night around 7 p.m., a yellow truck crashed through the Spin Cycle laundry at North Shore and Clark. The laundry mat was evacuated until everything could be sorted out. A large crowd gathered in the parking lot and had to be pushed back to the other side of the street. Witnesses say one child inside the Spin Cycle was injured. Clark Street was blocked off for an hour. No T.V. news camera's were on hand, so Joe Moore didn't bother to show up and act like he was concerned.

Come on... is Joe Moore supposed to show up at every accident in Rogers Park?

Further... "Spin Cycle" is not even located in the 49th Ward. It is located in the 40th. The east side of Clark, at North Shore, is in the 40th Ward.

It IS the 49th, part of the ward that is often neglected.

Note to, 'Jump to the Gun' (and Joe's defense) Dave. Learn the ward boundaries before opening up your big mouth.

Joe was there, he was driving the yellow truck

You are right - it is in the 49th Ward ... I made a mistake when I looked at the map. East of Ashland is the 40th, not East of Clark.

But I am still confused about the expectation that Moore would show up at every accident that occurs in the Ward.

Dave,

Joe Moore ends up at every controversy or tradegy in Rogers Park that there is a camera to speak in front of.

The latest example of this is the First Commercial Bank robbery.

The reason that Joe didn't show for this "event", might have been because the evening News was not covering the story.

Well bill, you were the driver, why would he bother to help the person who could not save the adelphi?

Poor Craig, back to deleting inconvenient comments. Hard work, isn't it?

Surely you jest.

Even you know how much we put into our efforts.

You also know that if we had succeeded it would have at the very least been better than Joe Moores "alternative"...

a big hole for gangbangers, whores on the 7000 block of Clark Street.

We can also call it an eyesore, a trash dump, and another condo lie from Joe Moore.
