Given the pitiful track record of the 49th Ward under the combined non-leadership of Fagus and Moore (a consistant last among North Side wards in voter registration, voter turnout and Democratic pluralities), a Fagus endorsement might be worth one vote on Election Day, assuming he remembers to fill out his ballot properly!
The government laid out 78 pages detailing how William Cellini ("The Pope") and Stuart Levine ("The Rabbi") allegedly schemed with Rod Blagojevich pals Tony Rezko and Chris Kelly to amass voting majorities on state boards to hand out state contracts to cronies who would give kickbacks to the co-schemers or big donations to Blagojevich.
