Sent to me from a loyal reader:
1) If telling the truth HELPS you, tell the truth. (however rarely this is true for Joe Moore)
2) If telling the truth HURTS you, tell a lie, particularly a lie that is impossible to prove is a lie. (Example - Crime is down so-and-so percent)
3) When lying, coat your lies with as much truth as possible, so the lie APPEARS to be true. (Example - Crime is down so-and-so percent)
4) When confronted with your lies, vigorously assert that you're NOT lying and accuse those who say you are, OF LYING. (Example - Don't believe those hate-bloggers)
5) Avoid lying about things that can be PROVEN to be lies, tho, you can ALWAYS challenge the honesty of those who present the proof of your lies. (Example - Don't believe those hate-bloggers, they're lying)
6) Do your very best to keep some sort of track of your lies, so you don't waste energy lying when you are confronted with conflicting lies.
7) Whenever possible, always have OTHERS lie for you, so you can denounce them, if and when they are caught lying. (Kevin O'Neil, Katy Hogan, Brian White, Rose Green, Kimberly Bares, etc..)
8) When caught in a lie, change the subject and focus on telling those lies that have, so far, not been proven to be lies. (Example - Crime is down so-and-so percent)
9) Tell the truth sparingly, as, if the truth were helpful to you, you wouldn't have to tell so many lies in the first place.

I got one. Take credit for everything accomplished, even when JoMo had absolutely nothing to do with the matter.
The best possible antidote for unreliable information from people who don't do anything is to add even more unreliable information from additional people who equally don't do anything.
Yes joey is very good at takeing credit for ALL things accomplished in the ward, just go back and read joeys e-mail when the "I" have done this & that. Good things that happen always happen because of "I" joey moore!
When this blog calls joey out on his lies, then his little bitches like little kevin o'neal pop out of joeys ass and try to attack the people on this blog.
10) Never hesitate to say different things in front of different audiences. If anyone calls you out on it, blame them for lack of sophistication or say you were taken out of context.
11) When confronted with campaign contributions from those who directly benefit from your legislation, act all hurt, make sure the audience understands the mere suggestion is impolite.
