Not really. This is the only Hillary Clinton sign I've seen in the 49th ward, so far. And it's not even in front of a precinct. I call this false advertising.
That's one more than I saw in the 48... pretty much the only signs I saw were for Jay... poor guy, never stood a chance, but kudos for trying. I wonder after which windmill he'll go chasing next, or on which brick wall he'll be banging his head?
