* FLASH ALERT - Masturbator on the Loose
911 dispatch reports a bunch of girls spotting a black male in his 20's as he was whacking himself off in a white mini-van this afternoon. The van is said to have a black stripe on the bottom. This alleged masturbation incident happened around the Birchwood and Damen area. Nothing further at this time.

3:40 PM: 1135 West Lunt. Alleged mother using drugs in front of her young child. Possible endangerment.
3:43 PM: Lunt and Paulina. 4 hispanic males, black hoodies, one with slim-jim, trying to break into houses in the area.
6:53 PM: Gang dispersal. Pratt and Ashland. Dispersing 5. Direction unknown. Code 15696.
19:52 hours: Narcotics dispersal. 1632 West Howard. Code 16924.
21:15 hours: Gang dispersal. 7700 North Ashland. Dispersing 4 at this time. Code # 19911.
Same time: Disturbance. 25 males hanging out on Birchwood.
Seems to be a lot of activity near the small CHA building at Pratt and Glenwood. There were about 10-12 yesterday around 6:00. A police crusier rolled by and ALL of these guys gawked at it until it had passed. This building used to be very quiet. Since last summer, I've noticed a downward trend. Craig, maybe you should spend some time down there with your camera.
