Unfortunately, 'it' could be at any of a number of places in Rogers Park, i.e., Ashland & Jonquil; Paulina & Jonquil; Paulina & Howard; Bosworth & Jonquil; Juneway & Paulina; Hermitage & Juneway; Marshfield & Jonquil;in Gale Park; on the grounds of Gale Math & Science Academy; etc.,etc.....and these are just locations in a 4 block area North of Howard that are and have been drug market corners for YEARS! CLUELESS, indeed! More like indifferent, based on my experience over the years.
