I love how you inserted the Sox score in the list of crimes. LOL. And yes, Javier Vasquez did commit a crime... he stole a win fron the Sox.

Joe Moore was at the Howard El stop/Bally's lower lobby this morning. He asked me if I wanted coffee and donuts, I told him that I try not to stand in one place for too long in Rogers Park - don't want to get shot.

A "slow down" was given right across the street from my apartment! That's great to know :\ Oh well. Another incident in the area. I'm at 1626 W. Estes and my bike was stolen out of the inside of my building! Someone actually walked in our front door and stole my bike out of the utility closet. The nerve of some pepople.

Hey Craig, this sounds interesting. What's the "new strategy in dealing with the Sullivan High School after school fighting" that police are using?

dear tiffany,

as some who has had bikes stolen and parts from them stolen i have learned to just keep it in a secured area like your own garage or apartment, common areas are a no-no. im not saying what happened to you is entirely your fault, but i dont trust anyone, im very paranoid about such things and since havent had any bikes stolen, it could always still happen but much less likely.

this isnt just a rogers park thing, this happens in lincoln park or wicker park or wherever nice bikes are located.

it could have been someone in your building, but yeah sounds like your condo building door needs a decent door closer or some wd-40 or both.
