Neighbor Falsely Blames Neighbor for "Shots Fired"
5:06 PM: For the third time in a week the neighbor who lives at 1319 West Estes has called the police for "shots fired" on his neighbor at 1319 West Estes. The neighbor has also called the police because he believes his neighbor is "pistol whipping" his wife. Clearly the person calling 911 is delusional. Because none of this is happening.

Funny how those exaggerated delusions occur... crazy, or maybe the person has a bone to pick with their neighbor?

I'm guessing this is the case. The police should start arresting this guy who keeps calling 911 with this false "shots fired" information. They (and I) know who he is...
