Shots Fired By Loyola University

12:14 PM: Dispatch issues a "city wide" alert just after midnight to the officers in the 24th district. "Shots fired at Granville and Winthop." Dispatcher says "serveral shots" were fired.

Craig, anytime there is a call of shots fired it's sent over the "citywide" in case there are any "citywide" units nearby. Nothing unusual about that.
