"America's Most Wanted" Holed Up in Rogers Park

A reader recommended blog-post.
An Indiana prison escapee was in custody early today -- just hours after an "America's Most Wanted" episode aired Saturday -- after a tipster called authorities to report seeing the woman in Chicago. By early this morning, Chicago police had captured Sarah Pender, a convicted murderer who escaped from Indiana's Rockville Correctional Center in August. Pender's story had aired Saturday night on "AMW: Top Ten Fugitives of 2008."

Acting on the anonymous tip, officers found Pender in the 2200 block of West Farwell Avenue. Source.

If you say so.

Say, Sarah Pender was holed up on the same street that Kevin "KneeCAPS" O'Neil lives on. You don't suppose that Kev-O and his ace CAPS operatives lured Pender into a clever trap, do you? Why is Rogers Park such a popular destination for escaped convicts or killaz on the run?

Welcome to Rogers Park.

We have over 40 registered sex offenders living near our public schools, multiple gangs, and a corrupt Alderman...

Where else would a fugitive murderer who used sex to escape want to hide out?

When will we stop blaming Joe Moore? NEVER, as long as he sits on his DEAD BUTT spewing how HE lowered the CRIME RATE in Rogers Park!

Sarah Pender had been sentenced to 110 YEARS for her criminal act.

But, as I say very often, folks, it ALL comes down to SEX (as in Pender's case) or MONEY ( as Joe "Pay-to-Play" Moore's case), OR a combination of BOTH!

Where is Joe hiding out THESE days?

"Where is Joe hiding out THESE days?"

He sits by his phone, waiting for President-Elect Obama to call with a fancy Washington job.

He waits.

Well you can rest assured my friends that there is too much that has gone wrong with this country due to the corruptness of our politicians and CEOS. People are now starting to wake up, and real change is starting to happen, and I'm not talking about ambiguous Obama change. And Bill, there will be a time when welcome to Rogers Park will become a positive invitation once, if people like us and the rest of the good citizens of Rogers Park become united against crime and corruption of this urban Oasis by the sandy beaches of Lake Michigan.

The Chicago Shadow has spoken, and he is pissed!

Please observe that this criminal does not fit the common stereotype of a Rogers Park thug, yet she is probably more dangerous to the common population than all our other thugs put together.

Yes, folks, there are multitudes of violent criminals out there with blonde hair, white skin, and blue eyes, and every other sort of coloring. So when some of us decry the tolerance of crime in Rogers Park and in this society in general, it doesn't mean we're being racist.

So will all the 60s leftists around here stop their race-baiting in discussions of our crime problems in this area? For some reason, criminals and goons of all ethnic origins are more comfortable around here than in other neighborhoods.

Our aldercreature continues to provide comfort to people like this. Let's start making RP a very uncomfortable place for criminals.

Let's start with criminal number one:
Joe "pay to play" Moore.
