When I did manage to get a hold of him he would talk lould, try to dominate the conversation and talk in circles. He would say, I get you brand new bed in one month what is the problem?" I call back the next month same story. Today he hung up on me. Marlena is of no help either. She does not return calls either. The place is a Joke. Go there for entertainment purposes only, but leave your walllet at home! You are bound to hear some good BS!!!"

There's a DCI on Berwyn Ave. as well, same story with that one. It just looks shabby and cheap. Like the kind of furniture store where you might get....ripped off.

DCI furniture has done nothing but help the community, before dci the place was a dump. This company has been selling furniture and making people happy with a family-like demeanor to all it's customers. This low-life, cheap, misled, disrepsectful man is pissed off becasue our now professional family business wouldn't except his now USED bed that Cost him just a lousy $400. also stating how inexpensive their prices are. Now, he is mad because he didn't get his way after he had recieved the bed discounted for an Ashley furniture bed!! The Matress was a queen pillow top matress, with a queen box spring, and a queen cappuccino finish bed...all for $400!! so, dont let this low-end, sleez come and demine Dci and think he's getting some kind of justice..the only justice he deserves is to be fully paid in full what he put out..which is TRASH. i want to serve it to him so bad..but i wouldn't wanna be sleez like him. thank you.
I bought a rocking chair from DCI when they first opened on Morse Ave. My experience there was great. They have nice stuff, the dude that delivered the chair to my house couldn't have been nicer, and I got a great rocking chair at a great price. I love that chair, man.

Sorry to hear about your bed but I would have paid more than $400 for a box spring, headboard and whatever else it came with. Mattress? Anyway, I bought a storage ottoman bench at a great deal. I love it.

The manager at the Roger's Park location, Joseph is the most disrespectful, unprofessional piece of work I have ever had to deal with in my life! I ordered an item that was on backorder for two weeks. I called to see when it would be shipped and was told I would have to wait two more weeks to recieve it. I decided to cancel the order. Joseph argued with me over the phone for almost an hour. He tried to tell me I couldn't cancel it. Then told me I would have to pay a re-stocking fee. He didn't even have it in stock so how can you charge a fee for something you don't even have?? He yelled at me, talked over me, and finally hung up on me. I finally recieved my refund but it took them almost two weeks just to give me my money back. This place is a joke! Joseph is a drunken con artist that should be fired! Several people have complained to the Better Business Bureau about this place. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS DUMP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE DOG CRAP!!!!!
