Welcome to Winter
Revenue Generator: If you parked on Clark Street last night, your car got towed. Not only that, you're going to have to dig deep and 'pay the piper' to get your car out. According to the city of Chicago, motorists should also pay attention to the 2-inch snow restrictions that are technically in effect all year round but realistically are only a factor during the winter months. The Winter overnight parking ban resumes for approximately 107 miles of city streets from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. between December 1st and April 1st - REGARDLESS OF SNOW! Enforcement begins Monday, December 1st at 3 a.m. Source.

The beauty of the revenue generating scam is people are so dumb they'll continue to park on these street at night all winter. Or they'll forget to pay the ticket on time and the fine will double. Plus, they've just added a ticket to their boot limit.
Yo Ho! Tow them away!
I didn't get ticketed or towed on a "snow route".
Maybe SENSATIONAL things happened because it is Morse Avenue...
Those "No Parking" signs are everywhere. Anyone who parks there cannot complain. Next topic....
