Moore & Caluris Have Sullivan Fight School "Under Control?"

At this point in our relationship, one of my favorite little things to do is string Joe Moore along like a puppet. Take the Sullivan Fight School issue for instance. Here's a guy who does everything in his power to ignore my blog - but when he gets cornered at a public meeting, the compulsive liar in him surfaces. Here's how the Chicago Journal saw the public meeting, which I called a laugher.

Sullivan High School and what some area residents have nicknamed "the Sullivan fight club" dominated the conversation at a town hall meeting held Nov. 24 at the United Church of Rogers Park.

Moore was the first to bring up Sullivan High School, 6631 N. Bosworth, and residents' complaints about students fighting in the streets following afternoon dismissal.

"We're very aware of issues in the neighborhood and concerns about Sullivan High School," Moore said. "I've been working closely with Commander Caluris to address on a very personal basis with the principal and local school council to take control of issues before they get out of control." Source.

I don't know where to begin. I'm flattered Joe pays so close attention to the content on my blog. But really. Some things Joe says in public really come back to bite him in the ass. Like this gem. Joe working closely with Commander Caluris? Really, Joe? Whatcha' working on? Are you two designing some school uniforms for the kiddies? Seriously. Joe Moore spent the last 9 months running around the country carrying Barack Obamas jock-strap. Commander Caluris spent the last 9 months taking multiple vacations.
