7:56 AM: Call goes out for "shots fired." Jarvis and Western is the location. Dispatch says someone driving a Chevy Impala shoots out the window of a cab. Offender flees north into Evanston. Victim/cab driver joins the chase. Evanston One is aware of the situation.
12:19 PM: Chaos. Police are calling for back-up at Sullivan Fight School.
