Oh, how lovely - i saw a bunch of people hanging out over there when I walked on the other side of the street with my dogs. Did this happen in the building or out on the street?

Magnul Milly, 18, of the 6500 block of North Fairfield Avenue, was pronounced dead at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, said a spokeswoman for the Cook County medical examiner's office.
The other victim, a male, was taken to a local hospital but was expected to survive.

leslie, according to the news report, and eyewitnesses on the block that I spoke with, it happened IN the building but the victims ran out of the building.
