Rahm Emanuel is visiting a small business in Rogers Park this morning. Charmer’s Café, located at 1500 West Jarvis Avenue, gets the nod for a little 'Meet and Greet'. The time of the event is 11am. No word if he'll attend the 49th Ward Democratic forum at Jordan School, 7414 North Wolcott, which begins at 8 am. If you get there early enough, to the forum that is, Joe Moore will have donuts and coffee ready for you.
UPDATE - 8:30 AM: Barb Moore informed me the forum is at 9;30 AM. A pre-meeting is underway. That began at 8:00 AM.
