When they arrived at her apartment in the 1300 block of West Greenleaf Avenue, all three went inside, where they played strip poker and she had sex with one officer in her bed.
But she began banging on her wall with her hands hoping to catch her neighbors’ attention, saying she felt intimidated by the officers and was afraid to say “no” to their sexual advances, the report said. She got up and ran out of her apartment screaming and pounding on a male neighbor’s door, but he didn’t answer. Another neighbor, a woman, saw her and called police, prompting an initial response about 3 a.m. for a “person calling for help.’’ More here.To top it off, neighbors call the police to help a person - being assaulted by the police themselves.

Okay, got call back from Kevin regional manager of family dollar so atleast they have acknowledged the problem and are dealing with it, and it looks like they have been keeping the loading dock area litter free.
Other family of mine lives near Jarvis EL stop.
So....
Viaduct at Fargo by Ashland covered in gang graffiti over past week and litter. Called in graffiti and picked up trash.
Also called in graffiti at 7464 n ashland and 1547 n birchwood. And picked up the intersection of ashland and birchwood and rogers
Its not the hood, even though they would like it to be.

I must point out that that story occured in WestRidge. News reporters are lazy. I know that everything in a wide swath for the city is just reported as Rogers Park especially when it comes to dead bodies.

The reason 'they' report the the stories as Rogers Park is because the police reports come out of the 25th Police District, which is named "The Rogers Park District", even though the District's geographic area/boundaries run from Howard St. to Peterson and the Lake to Kedzie, a geographic area 4 times the size of the Rogers Park neighborhood. The name of the 25th District needs to be changed!

Okay just rewriting my report.
Lost it for some reason.
Anyways alot of trash picked up this am. Courtesy of the hooligans who may live here and alot that ride up the el. I saw a new crew of squirrely guys come up and hanging around wayne, morse, glenwood....
Every Spring a new crew comes and then after they see that this isnt such a good place to deal another crew will come around again and again. Probably about 5-6 rotations a year when the weather is good maybe more.
Quetschke property managers (773-281-8400) need to step it up. 6921-23 n greeview is not looking great. They never pickup the parkway. If you dont want to be the building that houses the heroin overdoses....
Well then you have to keep the property picked up and maybe landscape the courtyard, which now is just alot of mud.
I saw a kid on a bike trying to text at wayne and farwell, a drug lookout kid around dusk....
This is the time of year to not allow any loitering and keep your area picked up.
mcl- the 025th District is at Grand and Central. The 024th District is at Devon and Clark.
mcl: I've wanted the name of the district changed for at least 15 years because of this problem.
Far North would be my first choice.
Big Daddy: The station is at Schreiber & Clark. If you told someone Devon & Clark, they won't find it. As I live a block away, I've been at Devon & Clark & had to direct people to the station that were told it's at Devon.

The newly tagged viaduct at fargo/ashland with the GD graffiti, and nazi symbolism
has been tagged over and "disrepected" by the Latin Kings, and also the bare brick griffiti on the 1547 w birchwood and 7646 n ashland building same thing.
Not good. But not shocking.
