A fire broke out in the hallway on the 7th floor, January 18, 2013, around 10:31 p.m., at 1246 West Pratt. Reports say this fire may have been set intentionally by a male black in his' mid-40's, who is balding, who was reported staring at the building.
As of 10:37 p.m. the fire was put out. Streets around the building are still blocked off.
Update 10:49 p.m: The bald black guy in his mid 40's, who police are looking for, is wearing a long trench coat.
