Flasher Alert: A male/white in his 20's is exposing himself to the children around the 7300 block of North Ridge. Police have been called to the scene.
I'll have to ask the kids a few doors down from me. I heard nothing about this, nor have witnessed anyone who seemed so inclined, but go figure.
My kids walk down Ridge with the Dog. They never see anything, either. What I do know is that there are a few teenagers at 7241 North that seem obnoxious to me. Not that I really care, but either I have lost my sense of smell or cannabis occasionally quaffs the air that they breath. They know that we have kids. They also know that my nearby neighbors have kids.
Whether this is a prank call is unclear. I am sure that they get the munchies and with nothing much to do afterwards, might be foolish enough to call 911. However, if there are no arrests or sightings, I would not doubt it.
I have never seen a nutjob in the area and know the area area between the buildings on the east side of 7300 North extremely well.

Again, I appreciate the report and if the guy actually exists, hope he is caught.
