An allegedly intoxicated Rogers Park man was arrested outside Wrigley Field after he allegedly drove away in a cab after fighting with its driver early Saturday on the North Side, police said.
James Burns, 24, of the 6600 block of North Glenwood Avenue, was charged with vehicular hijacking, according to police. Bond information and his next court date were not immediately available. Source/Read more.
