Look who is "pissing your tax money away".
The DevCorupt Urination Project ( code name: DUP )
Photo Exclusive.
With the shovel carefully balanced on the garbage can, the 2 SSA #24 janitors work on the "Open to the Public-Pissing Project...
... after they were finished, a river of stinky pee flowed from under the garbage can. This successful SSA #24 taxpayer funded Public Urination Project is located accross the street from the United Church of Rogers Park.
All the while co-workers keep a faithful eye on Project DUP.
SSA #19 and #24 Director of Maintenance Mark Somen ( yes he does both, even though the SSA consultant Gina Curuso said this was a bad thing ) was notified of Operation DUP, with no response.
The morsehellhole is sorry for the blurry photos, it's not easy taking photos of this "nature act". Plus, I'm pee-shy. The last time I asked someone not to pee in the alley, he throw a beer bottle at me, hitting me in the side of the head.

Here is the official propaganda from the above mentioned DUP.
---------------------
The two special service areas managed by DevCorp North in Rogers Park recently expanded its service crew and service days.
The maintenance crew for the SSAs recently doubled to 20 workers participating in Illinois' Food Stamp Employment & Training Job Placement program.
Plus, maintenance services are now provided six days a week, Monday through Saturday, in the Howard Street and Clark/Morse/Glenwood special service areas.
Those services include street and sidewalk cleaning, snow and ice removal, and beautification efforts, including landscaping.

Now, who's really watching over these guys? If five were caught loafing, what about the other 15? That's 25% of the staff, screwing off and breaking the law. Is anyone going to be held responsible? Accountable?
The public urination is part of DevCorp North's job training program. When you are a professional street sweeper, finding a discreet place to pee in the field is an important job skill. DevCorp North probably has seminars on this.
Did anyone get fired over this? They should, this is not exceptable.
