Un-Covered & Out of Bounds @ 1225 W. Morse?
Reading the endless window collection of permits, the instructions on a couple of them indicate that materials are to be stored in a baracaded area.
This un-covered ( Sanitation Ordinance. Keep lids tightly closed on garbage containers ) waste container parked on the street is protected by a single orange cone. Is this the orange, plastic cone baracade the proper style, make and model protection?
The broken bricks in this un-covered ( Sanitation Ordinance. Keep lids tightly closed on garbage containers ) waste container are what the neighborhood gooner kids use as weapons against helpless Rogers Park residents when the Rogers Park Gooners can't find beer bottles, bat's, hammer's and golf clubs. Gooning for fun or money requires ammunition.

I no longer live in East Rogers Park (I now live in West Rogers Park) but I still have a soft spot in my heart from my old 'hood and wish it could come back in at least some small way. Alderman Moore appears to be an ineffectual neighborhood advocate and is interested in money only, at the expense of the majority of people who live in and love East Rogers Park.
I especially hate how my old 'hood has become gangstaland; what a pity!
