In Memory of Eddie Guns
Yesterday, the east-side of Morse Avenue and Glenwood was under construction for some odd reason.
See...when city construction happens, in most business and residential areas, such as city departments digging and filling holes on streets, the Chamber or Alderman ( or both ) PRE-warn neighbors and businesses on the job discription and timetable. This didn't happen for this project. Alderman Moore or DevCorp North didn't tell us what was going on, they rarely do. That's just part of the sorry story.
The broken eye-glasses. That's not the story either.
What is this story about? The story is.... after the city job was finished, whatever the "dig and fill job" was.... the corner Open Air Drug Market Salesman used the cement filling to mourn a lost foot soldier. This must be the kick-off event for Artist on the Wall?
