Our buddy Mr. Coe who bought 6957 N. Greenview is not living up to his promise of being a good neighbor . Even though Alderman Moore vouched for Mr. Coe. Look, squatters live here. Is this the "quality of life" property owners we want in Rogers Park?
Mr. Coe turned his back on the grafitti which is still there, now he has crackhead squatters smoking and living on the future home of Ms. Bare's office.
More to come on this property when I return next week. Today I head off to the United States World Round Championship Trials in Duluth, everyone in Rogers Park have a great weekend... mine starts today.
