* Mr. Coe Nearly Blows Up Neighborhood

PICT0008_13
The tear down process for DevCorp North executive director Kimberly Bares new office space has started at the corner of Morse and Greenview. With just a few major glitches.

It started last Thursday. A rough-shod demolition crew, with out the proper permit, broke a 2 inch gas main around 4pm and left the job site with-out calling anyone to fix the problem. Three hours later the Chicago Fire Department and People Gas had to come out and fix the near disaster. The gas fumes were hissing and blowing out of the pipe so loud, the next door neighbor heard the sounds and called 911. But not before the family pet dog Max got sick from the fumes.

Our Alderman's buddy Mr. Coe will do anything to get 6961 N. Greenview for Kimberly Bares?

james,

Send me your stories you find with photos and details. I will add you to the Broken Heart reporting staff.

Non-paid. Sorry. I don't have the big bucks like our Alderman and DevCorp North.

Sure John.

I wrote down some notes about Wayne and Farwell, Lakewood and Farwell and Ashland and Farwell complaints the neighbors were bringing up.

Sounds like the exact same issues with 1345 W. Lunt/1340 W. Morse. Exact.
