You poor folks up here. All you can find to talk about is people cleaning windows and jabbing about snow clean up (hey it only snowed an inch...puleeeze).
At least down in Edgewater we've had discussions on zoning that are on an adult level.
And if you read the Reader article that was on the Save the the Alephi website, that article basically said the condition of the property was toast. Who in their right mind would sink money into a property that has no future.
I think if you want to get real things done in Rogers Park you need to quit the nit-picky belly aching crap and set a real agenda to get real things done.
So stop wasting time pointing fingers over frivolous crap like whether the side walks are clean enough to eat off of after an inch of snow. You sound like a bunch of babies.
