* Special Service Area #24 Scandal - What Did The Tractor Do?

It was like Special Service Area maintenance Supervisor Mark Semon was waiting for me in his heated tractor. He noticed me from 100 yards away, giving me a wave good-morning. I waved good-morning back. Then he drove off. Figuring I was due to offer my readers a good news story, I went out to take a few photos of Mark working.

But he was gone. It couldn't have been my imagination. Mark left behind tractor tire tracks.

Looking closer I noticed the tractor didn't actually do anything. Sure it pushed a small amount of snow aside, but there was still nothing but ice left behind. The tractor didn't get to the bottom of the problem.

Was this all just a parade? Because no work actually got done. The sidewalk can't be seen, but snow and ice can.

Here is what this shop owner had to do AFTER the tractor drove by his business. This isn't the first time this business owner had to do it himself, even thou DevCorp North takes taxpayer money to provide this service, so this business owner can do his business. Maybe DevCorp North wants to come over and help him Dry-Clean clothes now?

So, a good news story gone bad because of DevCorp North and it's poor workmanship. These guys can't even remove snow right. Let the excuses begin.
