We now have confirmation the Rogers Park Community Council reads the Morse Hell Hole and follows even the smallest building problems posted here.
Why? Because Rogers Park Community Council's Mary Jane Haggerty was sitting in the CAPS beat 2431 meeting taking notes.
When the Block building was mentioned in the "old news" portion of the CAPS show, Ms. Haggerty gave a speech Mr. Block's-1345 West Lunt Avenue building will have the elevator fixed this week from Hopkins Elevator Company. It seems the old elevator has a broken part that is hard to get.
Now, we all know, the only way they would know that the elevator was broken don't we? It was here, at the Hell Hole.
