* "Happy" Heart Spotted

The 49th Ward tour of "Happy" Heart has made it's second stop.

First stop of course was the grand opening of the 49th ward campaign office for Alderman Moore.

Roswell's Cousin was the first to notice "Happy" Heart in the 1400 block of West Fargo. Coming from a family of space-ship spotters, Cousin Roswell proved his expertise in locating rare things like a happy heart in Rogers Park.

This is really mysterious, Cousin Roswell spots two endangered species at one glance. What a pro. "The single family stucco home" at 1431 West Fargo was chosen to lead off the "Happy" Heart odd and spacey 49th ward tour. Knowing homes like this won't be around long, I guess "Happy" wanted one last look?

Why did "Happy" stop at 1431 West Fargo? Where will Happy's next stop be? Let us know.

1431 W Fargo
7500 square feet of land
in RT4
with "administrative adjustment"
7500 + 750 = 8250
8250 / 1000 = 8 units
Tear it Down! The BEST USE of this land is 8 concrete block luxury condos. This property is dragging our tax roles down.
