Here's a photograph of the old grease drums I mentioned last month. These get hauled away from JB's Pizza. When it happens, the smell is super nasty. Notice how there are no sealed lids, even when they are in the truck. They are covered with some sort of cloth material. Seems easy to spill, which happens from time to time. Then the alley stinks like shit. Not to mention the puddles attract rodents.
