* Sunday Morning Look-Outs

Block building is still a crime hot-bed with special parking....

Sunday morning. 9: 15 am. It's 30 degrees. 1340 West Morse Avenue. We're at the Block-four plus one building. See the girl in the tan coat, she is looking to the east. Her teammate with the dark hoody coat is leaning on the fence. What are they waiting for?

Sunday morning. 9: 30 am. It's still cold. See the girl in the tan coat is still looking to the west. Her team-mate with the dark hoody coat is still leaning on the fence. His arms aren't even in the sleeve jackets. What's that about? Are they waiting for the Morse Avenue parade to start?

Here's what these two do when the police drive down Morse Avenue at 9:30am. These two scurry in the alley to hide. His arms still are huddled inside the coat, not in the coat sleeves. Why?

More Block Building Blognotes: Friday night at 11pm, a Cook County Sheriff's van pulls up and leads out a man in shackles & chains. The Cook County Sheriff takes the shackled man to the 1345 West Lunt Avenue Block Building. In the one sheriff's hands was a electronic gizmo in a box.

Could the Block building be a drop off for home detention prisoners? Isn't that special.

99, Agent Goodheart is apparently safe and on another dangerous secret mission.

That is dangerous, Max.

We as citizens are trying to remove the crime from the Block building. The Cook County Jail system under the helm of John Stroger is escorting them back to the doorsteps.

Dropping off home detention prisoners to the Block building at 1345 West Lunt is like dropping off a 6 year old kid to a un-supervised, over-stocked candy store.

Craig---Nice photos. I'm sure your're a pro at this but if you see this happening (hiding when the police cruise by) call back asap and your message will go directly to the car that responded.

I vote for leveling it too! Use a coutyard building for a nice co-op. We've got oodles of 'em around here.

If I may speak for Craig....unfortunately they are inadmissable in court. They are invaluable to your Dist. officers to help identify who the players may or may not be, but they do not hold up in court. Frustrating, I know, but I just thought I would try to clear up your question.

Hey Paradise,
My point, to you, was that I would not recommed you put yourself at risk by taking pictures. Craig seems to have a pretty safe vantage point.

I don't see any crime in these photos. I see speculation, the same thing that perpectuate rascismand profiling. If you were in the court of law, these photos wouldn't bring about conviction. It is redundant....why don't you wear a wire to receive audio also.
