8:07 am Pottawattomie Park. Fran Tobin's group out pushing another good cause. Too bad none of his referendums ever do any good. We're still waiting for anything to come from the 2003-27th precinct-25% affordable housing issue.

Every referendum is a cause for celebration. Behind every referendum is a dedicated group of citizens who decided to turn off the TV and get involved. Our biggest problem is apathy. Let's pause and thank our neighbors for all their hard work on all the referenda.
