* Cat-Fight @ 1239 West Lunt Avenue

The girls were going at it Tuesday evening at the Medina building at 1239 West Lunt Avenue. Nothing new here. It's either drugs/guns/or fighting at 1237-43 West Lunt. Both girls were arrested. Five squad cars and a patty wagon got involved in this one altercation. One of the girls was so mad and hyped up, she tried to kick her way out of the squad car.

Just Monday Mr. Medina was singled out by CAPS beat 2431 as a problem building that needs to be addressed by Kevin O'Neil. This after over two years of complaints by residents.

Also, around 10 p.m. last night something was brewing in the 1300 of West Lunt Avenue. a dozen undercover cars and squad cars were speeding down the allys and street, going in circles, down the one way street the wrong way, even using the sidewalk to make turns. At one point they asked a guy on his cel-phone to open up his coat as if they were looking for a guy with a gun.

Also, also, at 6:30 a.m. this morning, there were reports of 2 black men robbing a person at the Lunt side of the Morse Avenue EL stop. A silver gun was displayed. One alleged offender was 5ft. 8 inches - 180 lbs, the other alleged offender was 6ft-170lbs.

The super secret "Broken Heart" emergency/weather scanner, with walkie-talkie and zoom lens-spy camera attached. I bought it on E-Bay.

Craig, it’s a "paddy" wagon, not a patty wagon. Paddy being a negative or derisive term for the Irish immigrants of the later part of the 19th and early part of the 20th century. "Paddy" is a derivative name of Patrick, a common Irish name.
