Over on the Howard Hell Hole Julie tells us a "real nice kid" got gunned down Saturday morning while the neighbors just looked away and minded their own business.
Translation - Someone doesn't have enough money, yet is hunting for dope - then a choir boy gets shot in the back at 1 a.m. in the morning, plus, someone heard the whole thing, but there are no witnesses.

Maybe if kevin o'neil gets his head out of joe's ass, he can give one of his speechs to the officers on the beat where this shooting happened!!
I spoke to a gang detective who was investigating it. He told me the kid was a gang banger and was shot by somebody in a car that drove up.
