* It's Clean, Now Let's Keep it That Way

Took Action - Got Results
Can the other guy's do this on such short notice?

I'm guessing what most of you people want first and foremost in Rogers Park is a leader who can get things done right - and get the job done quickly. Not having to wait around a month or two until the problem festers to a boil.

Like yesterday's big pile of rotting garbage story. That's kind of like a metaphor for the Aldermanic candidates.

Out on their campaign trail at the Morse Avenue EL stop, how many of the candidates spotted and reported the big pile of garbage building up over the last month?

* Did "Lakefront" Don? His questionably built campaign office is down the street. He's had to have passed this once or twice, I'm sure. He didn't notice?

* How about "Wal-Mart" Chris? O.K., I'll give him a pass. Other than this election cycle, I've never seen him around.

* Or "Health Care" James? Come on, I know James has driven his motorcycle by this previous pile of garbage. And he's gotta know a big pile of garbage is one big health hazzard. Just look at that big, smelly, rodent loving pile - James must have seen this trash building up?

Didn't anyone of these three people running to fill Alderman Moore's shoes do anything about the mess at the Morse Avenue EL? Did they put the pressure on DevCorp North and Special Service Area tax #24 to do their job? A job they are paid taxpayer funds to do. After all, that's why they are running, to make the ward a cleaner, safer place, aren't they?

Or are these guy's just one trick ponies?

What we want is a alderman that serves his ward and the needs of the people who voted him in.

Which is not joe moore, joe takes care of joe.

Show us some documents. Got some service report numbers? Let's view some photographs? These are serious accusations.

Seems if we have bad neighbors with on-going problems, you should share the details with the communty.

DId you call the Alderman's office? How many times?

How about the other candidates? Have you asked them for help?

Give us specifics Laura or ramble on your own blog about how great those other candidates are.
