* Ginderske Breaks First Promise And Litters

One thing I can't stand is a politician who's lies. The other thing I hate, is a wanna-be politician who lie's to get a job a liar already has. That's just what Ginderske did. He lied. And he broke a promise. Just like Alderman Moore.

Ginderske made a pact with the City of Chicago Streets and Sanitation department, the other candidates and the public, not to litter.

Jim GInderske said, "Works for us!" Talking as he has 'a team' of workers out there. He should have told 'his team' he made a promise to follow the rules with the community? After all, the people under his leadership are a reflection of what kind of person the candidate is. If your troops are unethical, most likely the leader is unethical too. Just like Alderman Moore.

See, it didn't take Ginderske one day to break that promise. How are we going to trust a guy who can't keep his word? We have that problem already with Alderman Moore. He litters and lies too.

Ginderske promised to keep the ward clean during this election season. But according to these exclusive photos, Ginderske is causing litter. Just like Alderman Moore.

Now the Special Service Area #24 Janitors or CTA is going to have to waste taxpayer dollars on what Mr. 'Broken Promise' Ginderske promised to do. Pick up his mess.

Yesterday when we exposed Ginderske not paying for the privilege to stuff his flyers inside the Chicago Tribune Corporations news boxes. If he'd ever worked in the biz, you'd know, newspaper stuffers are litter makers.

I've warned many a advertiser this when I was a young kid working for my dad in the sales department. Un-attached material falls out of the paper when you open the paper up, and you cause a mess. It's better to place an ad that's fixed inside the publication. Otherwise you risk the chance it will fall out, and cause a mess. Being a sucessful private publication for 30 years, we don't let advertisers stuff flyers in the paper, we would rather not have the customer waster their money and litter the neighborhood at the same time.

In the first case, GInderske didn't waste his money, he stole space from the Chicago Tribune. So the first part of the example is moot for Ginderske. But maybe if he called to find out how much advertising costs, he would have learned this was a costly mistake in how these flyers stuffed in papers causes litter.

It cost more, but it's worth it. Don't cut corners - if you want to succeed. But cutting on quality seems to not be a issue with Ginderske. Nether does keeping promises.

Great news story. Can't wait to see it on the evening news! BFD.

If anyone really cares that there were 3 sheets of paper out side the morse stop, then you have some issues.

This is the kind of post that makes people(or at least me) think that this blog is a joke.

Don't get swept up in the little stuff, remember to continue to look at the big picture.

To RP Neighbor, trash is a huge deal. She started a blog about this very subject matter.

Don't like it, move on to the next story.

Thanks for reading Jim.

Joe loves Mr. BrokenHeart for doing all of this dirty work.

I say AMEN for Mr. BrokenHeart.

And no, my Mom and Dad won't let me give you my name.

Moore litters with all his flyers taped on people's property without permission.

Ginderske litters when someone (doesn't matter who) throws his flyers on the ground.

Gordon litters when his campaign workers dump 10+ pamphlets through the back gate of my place. (just before Nov. election)

I really don't know much about Adams. But I'm sure at some point, if he does have flyers, they will be on the ground.

The point is, that none of these incidents will affect who I vote for. With respect to RPNeighbor, I think there are bigger issues in this campaign, than 3 sheets of paper outside the morse el.

Dearest Mary,

We clearly understand what you're up to here in the 'Broken Heart'. You have very little to offer but idiotic 'double talk' comments.

For all we know, Mary could be Alderman Moore? And judging from your writing, you have as much to offer this community as your master. Zip.

Unless you can contribute something meaningful, you privileges for commenting are being cut off. We here have recorded your ip address and are sending it to the experts for analyzes.

OK, Alderman Moore, oops, I mean Mary.

Craig,
You're melting down. Completely losing it. Many of us have waited for this day, and it is a bit of schadenfreude for us. Keep it up and you'll be in a straight jacket before the election.

Dear Mary, I too have been mistaken for Ald. Moore. Isn't that a hoot?

Craig's sharpening his fangs. Which of Moore's opponents will be next?

I'm sure Moore's just loving every moment of it.
