* Joe Moore on Mayor Daley's Race Comments - What a Hypocrite
"There are a lot of people in public life who have played the race card and helped fan the flames of racial division for political gain," said Joe Moore. "To play this race card for what really is transparent political purposes is very disappointing."

Well, Joe's comment really just tells me one thing. Even an idiot like Joe Moore is right sometimes.
It's a shame for ANY politician to play the race card. Moore and his crew, included. Instead of whining about 'sore losers' be a dignified 'winner' and represent ALL constituents. That includes returning phone calls or emails.
Public servants are not paid to cause strife but to 'build bridges'. A case of the pot calling the kettle...

Let's see, Joe's people circulating the rumor Don Gordon was going to bleach the community.
Joe Moore's peeps claimed passing out banana's (Brenda Dunkins) was racist.
Joe Moore's goon crew (Jayne Hoffman) circulated a e-mail saying Don Gordon was homophobic.
Then there was the pink postcard sent out. Joe won't talk about that.
Yes, I'm saying Joe Moore and his campaign played the race card. What a hypocrite. Wait til the Mayor catches wind of this.
