We all know it's illegal to place campaign signs on the public way. Yet some overzealous campaigns can't help but break the rules. While not as bad as a Poop Scoop Scofflaw, it's still ugly and wrong. Is this what you want in your Cook County State's Attorney and State Senator?
Blognotes: I talked with the 46th Ward Streets and Sanitation supervisor today - and tomorrow we'll have more on this issue.

I wonder what the regulations are. What's considered the public way? Suffredin and Stearns aren't the only campaigns who engage in this surely. Not that I really want Suffredin to be state's attorney, I don't know about the other lady.
