Here's the actual police report on the anti-military lawyer case. The next court date for Jay Grodner is January 18th - 1:30 PM at Belmont and Western. Second City Cop asks if the 24th District Court Advocacy committee will be working darn hard on this case. That's a good question.

Do those official I-CAM websites really work properly? Can they be trusted? You be the judge.
I checked the official data-base provided by the police department and couldn't find the criminal damage on Eastlake during the time period the keying occurred in CAPS Beat 2422.
I even went a extra two day period to look. All I could find were these six crimes from November 30 to December 2nd. Did I-CAM cheat us on the criminal damage crime?

You published the home addresses and phone numbers of the witnesses, dumbass. Among other problems, it makes it harder for the prosecutor to maintain credibility with the judge. By publishing this, you just undermined the investigation and prosecution of Grodner. I hope you're proud of yourself.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Just because there are other irresponsible drunks in the neighborhood doesn't mean you don't need to stop drinking, and just because some other asshole intimidates witnesses doesn't mean you should too.

If proven or pled guilty, Jay 'may' get a censure or a repremand for acts that are unbecoming of the profession; that is, committing an intentional petty offense of criminal damage to property. However, I doubt his 'ticket is getting pulled' over it. The public embarrassment to Jay for his alleged act is going to be his ultimate scarlet letter. Hopefully, Jay will redeem himself.
