3:17 PM: 911 caller says 12 boys fighting at 1500 West Morse Avenue. 69 Adam on scene gives a disregard. "It's just kids messing around..." Dispatch gives the "slow-down."

A couple of boys play-fighting is kids "just messing around". Twelve kids throwing down is a problem.
