This was pretty funny. I can't imagine the mayor ever getting drunk like that.
I'd say more accurate than amusing. Not necessarily about the mayor, but about fans in general.The rule is stupid. People that are going to get sloshed are going to get sloshed, 7th inning rule or not.

I can see the Mayor throwing back a few. That's what made it funny to me.The 7th inning rule is a nice idea, but I don't doubt that many baseball fans are already lit before they get to the game.
