Merchants on the Chicago's North Side need to be alert to "The Urban Coaster," an organization that has been falsely passing itself off as a legitimately incorporated entity. Their incorporation is invalid with the Illinois Secretary of State because the check they sent for fees bounced. Big surprise.
Bouncing checks before they even get started. That sure sounds promising.
I just checked the IL Sec of State web site, which STILL shows The Urban Coaster as NOT being an incorporated entity in Illinois.Still, Ginderske has "Urban Coaster, Inc." at the bottom left of every page of the web site. Calling a non-incorporated business "incorporated" is a violation of IL state law.
It's been two weeks since the website has been updated. Looks as if they've folded already.
If we're to believe Jimmy boy, there's been no good news to write about since Jan.8th.
