Door-to-door panhandler hassles neighbors on Morse
(Oct. 15, 2012/Rogers Park) - 911 is fielding callers that are complaining about a male/white, in his 50's, going door-to-door asking for money for bus fare in the 1800 block of West Morse Avenue. Apparently this is against the law - and warrants multiple 911 calls from the residents of the 1800 block of West Morse Avenue, who want this bastard to be arrested.
BLOGNOTES: Forget about panhandling door-to-door for bus fare in the plush block of 1800 West Morse Avenue. That takes serious work. This guy should stand in the 1400 block of West Morse @ Glenwood. It's the true beggar zone of Rogers Park. He would make enough money for a trip to Las Vegas and back. The police and owner of the Morsel allow this activity to happen 24/7 on that corner - even when internet residents go on Everyblock dot com - begging for people to call 911 on their behalf.
Just ask Gidget and her boyfriends. They've made a living there for months now.

Are you saying that Gidget went to Vegas with all of her "earnings"? Hahahaha. Shit, most people can't even afford a vacation and yet beggars take trips. OMG! What a joke. I am so sick of these beggin' jags.
Is Gidget the scrawny white trash crackhead with random cracky black dudes? I hate her. Does she live in the meth head/rehab halfway house on Wayne? What is Morsel going to do once/if they ever open? Are they going to have doormen/security to keep the POS's from hanging out in front of their door? Not a good thing for a new nice restaurant.
I'd punch him in the fucking face and deal with the legal consequences later, the last guy that fought me only got 11 days in jail.
Thanks , I've just been looking for info about this topic for a while and yours is the greatest I have found out so far. But, what in regards to the bottom line? Are you sure in regards to the source?
